What are IQ and OQ?
IQ – Installation Qualification: verification that the machine is delivered, installed and configured correctly at the customer’s site, in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and the approved installation requirements.
OQ – Operational Qualification: documented testing to confirm that the machine and its main functions operate correctly throughout the defined operating ranges.

- On-site machine commissioning
- Installation and connection checks
- Verification of safety devices and principal functions
- Operational tests
- IQ/OQ qualification documentation and test records
Travel and accommodation expenses are included in the service price.
